The very first real-life image of the upcoming Motorola Razr 2023 has surfaced. This follows some renders that leaked out not long ago, more on that soon. This image comes from 91mobiles.

The upcoming Motorola Razr 2023 just appeared in a real-life image

You can check out the image below. This seems to be a red variant of the phone, and it does go hand-in-hand with the leaked renders we’ve seen. This cover display is expected to be huge, and even go around the two cameras you can see here

You’ll notice both Motorola and razr brandings on the back of the phone, and glossy horizontal lines where the phone folds. Two cameras sit on the back of the phone, and an LED flash is included right next to them.

Separate volume up and down buttons are included on the right-hand side, right above the power/lock key. That power/lock key will almost certainly double as a fingerprint scanner.

Evan Blass shared some renders of the phone not long ago

That being said, Evan Blass did share some renders (shown below) of this device. Those renders showed us what the phone will look like when its cover display is turned on, which shows us its size. Too bad it’s turned off in this live image.

Motorola did confirm that a new razr phone is coming this year, so this is probably it. We still don’t know when will it launch. The Motorola Razr 2022 launched in August 2022, so its successor could arrive around that time this year.

Its specifications are still a mystery, though. Motorola could go for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, though, as the Razr 2022 includes the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

We’ll almost certainly get two OLED displays on the phone, and the main one will offer a high refresh rate. You can also expect stereo speakers to be included, and Android 13 to come pre-installed.
